CSS currently have approximately 40 staff, and we are expecting our staff numbers to increase by up to 50% in the next 3-4 years! For this reason, they are now looking for the newest member to join their 8-person software development team and provide IT System Administration support.
About the Position:
They are searching for candidates that have experience in administrating and scaling web applications, particularly using the Microsoft stack with .NET/IIS/Azure. This is purely administration, but experience in scaling/load balancing web apps is definitely a requirement. Someone that DOES NOT like taking shortcuts! Someone that’s process driven and has a desire to research, advocate for, and do the right thing!
They want to build high performance, top quality products, and they’re willing to invest both our time and money to make sure it’s done right.
You will be involved with (but not limited to) Microsoft/Windows/Domain administration, including:
You will also be involved with maintaining an office of Windows desktop environments with some Apple Mac devices, as well as performing general Help Desk duties to assist our in-office staff (team of ~40 people) with any IT issues, including general Windows support, login/account/e-mail issues, AD/domain, network connectivity, and general PC troubleshooting.
The following skills and experience are required to be considered for this position:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Systems Administration role
