We are searching for smart switched-on Helpdesk/Desktop IT Support Professionals to join one of our private clients that’s growing, and are well known in their industry.
They’ve won more tenders/contract deals recently, and for this reason are in a need for another IT professional, that’s passionate about providing outstanding customer service – above and beyond just closing the ticket!!
A primary focus of this role is providing remote support for our client's software suite installed at customer sites. Hence your experience in software/application support and/or supporting In-House (Custom Build) Bespoke Software experience would be highly regarded.
On-site training will be provided on their software suite.
The candidate also needs to have demonstrated skills and understanding of technical networking concepts and Microsoft Operating/Server Systems.
You will be primarily responsible for answering and logging inbound Client calls, and providing a high level of service in resolving any Client queries or issues. Hence having strong verbal communication skills is a must!
You will also be involved with escalating Client queries, software suggestions as well as identified (or suspected) software defects to 2nd or 3rd level support resources, as appropriate.
If you have had a background in hospitality (IT or Non-IT) and/or POS (Point-of-Sale) systems experience, that is a bonus.
