This role has been tailored for a self-motivated individual, a leader, progressive thinker, an expert who can actively trouble-shoot system issues, developing hypothesis for root cause in conjunction with resolver teams.
The purpose of the Critical Incident Manager is to design, build and deliver a high end critical incident management and problem management service for business technology. The role will focus on end to end application and infrastructure view and undertake proactive tactical measures to resolve cross platform and complex critical incidents.
You will be required to build effective working relations with internal customers, teams to drive results and enhance capability & system availability, reliability and serviceability.
As the Incident manager you will need to lead and motivate business technology teams in the investigation and diagnosis root cause and restoration of complex, cross platform and systemic critical incidents.
