The candidate needs to have demonstrated skills and understanding of Technical Networking concepts and Microsoft Operating/Server Systems, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service – above and beyond just closing the ticket!! Your experience supporting bespoke software applications will also prepare you well for this role.
You will be primarily responsible for answering and logging inbound Client calls, and providing a high level of service in resolving any Client queries or issues. Hence having strong verbal communication skills is a must! On-site training will be provided.
Salary package is negotiable dependent on your skills and experience.
