Here is an excellent opportunity for an IT Operations Engagement Consultant to join a large private Global organisation on a permanent basis.
As my client’s business continues to experience strong growth, we are now in a position to recruit for a Consultant that has demonstrated experience (and ability to) build vendor/client/customer relationships, solving business ICT problems and providing excellent service.
The role is responsible for actively measuring existing customer accounts and their performance, and continuously seeking to assist in meeting or exceeding the pre-established goals.
You will become the key point of contact for the customer post product (SaaS Product) implementation!
This also involves maintaining, updating and testing IT products systems and supporting document management and webservices systems using VMS (Vendor Management System) technology and/or MSP (Managed Staffing Programs).
