Our Client is an independent technology and business systems consulting firm, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in north of Brisbane City at Ashgrove.
We are looking for candidates with +1 year commercial experience, with demonstrated skills and understanding of Technical Networking concepts and Microsoft Operating/Server Systems, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service – above and beyond just closing the ticket!!
You will be primarily responsible for answering and logging inbound Client calls, and providing a high level of service in resolving any Client queries or issues. Hence having strong verbal communication skills is a must!
You will also be involved with escalating Client queries, software suggestions as well as identified
(or suspected) software defects to 2nd or 3rd level support resources, as appropriate.
