We are searching for IT Help Desk Support Professionals experience in providing Level 2 Support - send in your resume, because our client is on a recruiting spree! They're growing, are well known in their industry, and have just won more tenders/contract deals.
The Second Level Support Technician is primarily responsible for answering escalated Client calls of a technically more complex nature and resolving any escalated Client queries and issues, providing a high level of service in doing so.
One of the primary focuses of this role is providing remote support for our client's software suite installed at customer sites, so your experience supporting other bespoke software systems will be well regarded.
The candidate also needs to have demonstrated skills and understanding of Technical Networking concepts and Microsoft Operating/Server Systems, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service – above and beyond just closing the ticket!!
This role requires you to have strong verbal communication! On-site training will also be provided.
