We are searching for an expert Level 3 Network and Systems Support Engineer that is driven by providing exceptional customer service!
The position involves designing, installing and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure, as well as maintaining and working in a Cloud Environment with virtual and physical servers.
You will also be involved with installing, supporting and maintaining desktops, notebooks and mobile devices, as well as identifying appropriate components, hardware and software to be recommended to the client.
Your role also includes answering escalated Client calls of a technically more complex nature and resolving any escalated Client queries and issues, providing a high level of service in doing so. This means that you will be providing remote and Onsite support for a wide range of clients. Hence you experience with RMM tools will be well utilised.
The following skills and experience are required to be considered for this position:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role (MCSE highly desirable)
