I’m currently recruiting for POS Implementation and Support Specialists with experience installing and maintaining Point of Sale systems in a commercial fast-paced environment. Your experience installing and supporting systems for an Australian POS vendor servicing the hospitality industry will prepare you well for success in this role.
The Implementation and Support Specialist (ISS) configures, installs, trains and supports our client’s Point of Sale systems, as well as various other proprietary software designed to work alongside it, in hospitality venues ranging from cafes, takeaways, clubs, pubs, restaurants, wineries and hotels, to large multi-site enterprises or franchises. The hardware configured and installed includes POS terminals, cash drawers, printers, scanners, Kitchen Visual Display units, etc.
While most implementations are delivered locally, our client operates regionally and nationally so a certain amount of travel is required, along with a clean, current driver’s license. Operating in the hospitality industry, some after hours and/or weekend work is required from time to time to meet a Client’s implementation and/or upgrade requirements
