Here is a fantastic opportunity for two (2) Senior Project Managers to join a program that has commenced to transition from the current state systems and processes to a contemporary Payroll/HCM solution.
The replacement of ageing HR/payroll systems is an important business priority (currently using the LATTICE payroll system). The applications have not been updated or upgraded in 10 years, and are no longer supported by the vendor.
Hence, if you are a project manager that has had experience with HR/payroll systems (upgrade projects), then read on!!!
The program is currently at the program initiation phase. Planning, preparation and consultation is underway to accurately identify functional and organisational scope, business requirements, change management requirements, data cleansing and migration requirements, business process improvement opportunities, costs, risks and benefits.
You will make a real impact! Your expert skills, knowledge and experience will be well utilised to manage and direct multiple medium to large-scale projects as part of the implementation of a replacement HR/Payroll system.
A key part of your role will be to prepare defined baseline management products in line with Prince2/MSP methodology, prepare identified reports and maintain defined records, establishing and managing project controls and taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources.
