I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator with the ability to lead and mentor technical staff and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you have POS systems experience in the hospitality industry, that will be a bonus.
The Service Desk Co-ordinator develops, leads, and motivates a team of first and second level Support Desk Technicians to deliver excellent technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness within the organization’s budget. This position has frequent contact with customers and various internal stakeholders.
This position will require you to work autonomously to not only meet SLAs but exceed client expectations; monitor and act on Salesforce Support Dashboard metrics to improve the Support Desk performance; and develop innovative solutions to improve business processes.
