I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator with the ability to lead and mentor technical staff and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced commercial environment. If you have POS systems experience in the hospitality industry, that will be a bonus.
The Service Desk Coordinator develops, leads, and motivates a team of first and second level Support Desk Technicians to deliver excellent technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness within the organization’s budget. This position has frequent contact with customers and various internal stakeholders. In addition, the co-ordinator is required to be “hands-on” in resolving client issues where necessary.
