System Tester required to join a large government organisation, initially on a 6 month contract.
The purpose of the role is to support in the development and maintenance of quality business computer systems to achieve specified business objectives, in areas of business applications, utilities, relational databases, reporting tools and other development technologies
The systems tester will be involved with performing system, integration and regression testing and associated activities such as defect logging, prioritisation and management within required time frames.
It will also involve maintaining and developing required documentation, including test cases, Regression Test Suite, Test processes and procedures.
You will be required to collaborate with other teams as required to undertake timely preparation for testing, issue and defect resolution to enable test execution deadlines to be met.
If you have experience with Microsoft Test Centre, HP Quality centre or other TFS/VS integrated test tools would be an advantage.

Summary of experience required:
If you have experience with developing and maintaining HP Quality Centre / MS Test Manager test cases, tools, and scripts, that would be an advantage.
